What happens to an uploaded document
A document submitted through Document Review & Consultation is stored securely and reviewed only by authorized Green Books Entertainment staff to evaluate your request and respond within three business days. It is not analyzed or processed by AI.
Ask AI conversations
If you use Ask AI after submitting a document, that conversation is linked to your submission (via a secure token in your browser, never your email or a guessable id) so our team has context when they follow up. Ask AI conversations from a visitor who has not submitted a document stay only in that browser's local storage and are never sent to us.
Deletion
You can ask us to delete your submission and any linked document or conversations at any time by contacting us — see Contact.
No training on your material
Your submitted documents and Ask AI conversations are not used to train any AI model.
